Linda Gail Jones Skrine

Linda Gail Jones Skrine, 69, of Savannah, passed away peacefully on Sunday, Aug. 30, 2015 at Memorial Health. Linda was born and raised in Ashville, NC and attended local schools. She attended Bible Baptist Church and was in the Master's Sunday School Class. She is survived by her loving husband of 37 years, Pete Skrine of Savannah, a son, Winton R. Carter, III, of Savannah; four daughters, Teresa Arendarczyk, (William) of Bloomingdale, Pamela Coleman, (Frank) of Guyton, Robbin HURT, (David) of Savannah, and Tabitha Carter of Garden City; two Sisters Barbara Parrish, of Blitchton, Shirley Jones of Savannah; four step-children, Gail Lyde (Bob) of Louisiana, Debbie Monk (Bodie) of Arkansas, Robert Skrine (Rita) of Bloomingdale and Bryan Skrine (Trina) of Savannah; 22 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation: 5:00pm to 7:00pm Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2015 at Fairhaven Funeral Home, Hubert C. Baker Chapel. Funeral Service: 11:00am Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2015 in the Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Toby Skrine officiating. Burial: Hillcrest Abbey West
