AUGER, Richard George – June 11, 1939 – August 6, 2015. Passed away quietly at home surrounded by family after a brief and courageous battle with, as he put it, “the bugs in me” (cancer). Richard Auger in his 77th year, former husband of Edith Auger (Charlton), father of Dawnamerra (Don), Adam (Melody), Alan (predeceased), Valerie (Bill), Travis (predeceased), Shawn (Nina), Matthew (Bobby), Apryl (Paul), and Jonathon (predeceased). Grandpa to Steven Hayes, Sara Choncha, James McRae, Ashley Simons, Dylan Quinn, William Breckenridge, Jade Callahan-Auger, Griffin Callahan-Auger, Victoria Clark-Auger, Hayden Clark-Auger, Mercy Jodoin, Travis Jodoin, and Shade Jodoin. Great Grandpa to Andrew Hayes, Jacob Hayes, Nico Choncha, Caleb McRae, Sophie McRae, Rylee McRae, Joey Simons, Allie Simons, Avery Simons, and Wee William Breckenridge. Dear friend and companion of the late Cecile Houle. Brother of Daniel Auger of British Columbia. Remembered by nieces Julie and Lisa Auger.
