Throughout her life, Phyl delighted us with the joie de vivre sparkling in her big blue eyes, her easy laugh and her unfailing support of her family. Among her many and varied interests were travelling, making music with Phyllis and Friends, playing bridge, and costume making. She was passionate about the local theatre, music and art scenes. Her fearlessness and enthusiasm for life has inspired each of us.
Dr. Apostle and the wonderful staff at the ARCH hospice gave Phyllis, her family and friends the opportunity to be together and say goodbye in a caring and warm environment. Donations (payable by cheque) to ARCH in Phyllis' name would be very much appreciated. At Phyllis’ request, there will be no service. A private family internment will take place in Southern Ontario at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Arthur Funeral Home - Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington St. E 705-759-2522).
