DOWDING, Donald – At the Sault Area Hospital on Wednesday, May 28, 2014 with his wife by his side at the age of 66. Loving husband and best friend of Andrea. Dear father of Steve Dowding (Candace), Brian Dowding (Terri), Steven and Kevin Roberts. Devoted grandfather of Tyren and Britney Dowding. Son of Erla and the late Bud Dowding. Brother of Jerry (Carolyn), Arlene Ethier (Ray), Diane Dowding (Marty). Special son-in-law of Florent and Jean Guilmette. Cherished brother-in-law of Paula Wright (Bill Tucker) and the late Deanna Guilmette. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Special friend of Sean Phelps, Lauren Haynes (late Fred Stadnisky). Don will be greatly missed by his special pets Samantha, Reggie, Rico and Kaya. At Don’s request there will be no services. Memorial contributions to the SAH Cancer Care Fund would be appreciated.
