William Alexander Fowler was born on July 9, 1948 in Toronto, Ontario. He passed away suddenly at home on Thanksgiving Day, October 14, 2024. Bill is survived by his wife Danna Horning, his sister Bet Taylor and family of London, Ontario.
Bill spent most of his life around cars from building his first drag racing car in his younger years to becoming an interprovincial mechanic and building and racing corvettes in Ontario and into the US. He later moved to Calgary where he met his wife Danna. Five years later, they relocated to Saskatoon where they have spent their time building a house and restoring old cars.
He will be missed by his family and many friends for always having car repair advice and a story to tell. There will be a Celebration of Bill’s life at a later date.
