She was born in Regina, SK on October 6, 1962 before her family settled in Bruno, SK. She married the love of her life, Terry Harder, on May 1, 1993 and together they raised many pups. A life without dogs was not a life at all in Michelle's mind.
Michelle had a very fulfilling life despite all hardships thrown her way. She worked as a Pharmacy Technician at Royal University Hospital until she could no longer keep up with the physical demands due to her MS. She was the epitome of grace and lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures; raising dogs, spoiling her many nieces and nephews, crafting, gardening, cooking, spending time with her family, and chatting with her cherished Facebook community. She had an uncanny ability to reach people in a deep and positive way.
Left to cherish her memory is her mother Lee Aurelia, father Roy Ursu, husband Terry Harder and their dogs Peanut and Lucy, brother Rodney (Kathy) Ursu, brother Regan (Roxanne), brother Reed along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She was predeceased by her grandparents, aunts, uncles, and her beloved dogs Niko, Katie, Bennie, Corky, and Molly.
Visitation to take place at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 9, 2023 with a Celebration of Michelle’s Life to follow at 2:00 p.m. at Acadia Funeral Chapel (915 Acadia Drive Saskatoon, SK). For those unable to attend please visit www.faithproductions.ca/livestream to view the service. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the MS Society in Michelle’s memory.
