Mark, age 56, passed away peacefully at St. Paul’s Hospital after a four month battle with cancer. Mark is loved and remembered by his wife of 32 years, Sandi; children, Michael (Samantha), Justin, Andrew (Kate Houston) and Kaylie; grandson, Seth; mother, Mary Lamborn; siblings, Raymond (Shawna) Lamborn, Barbara (Pierre) Charpentier, Karen (Ken) Fitzpatrick and Joan Lefsrud; mother-in-law, Sidonie Meyer; in-laws, Bonnie (Kevin) St. John, Jim (Emily) Meyer, Lori (Kevin) Walker and Lisa (Rick) Riendeau; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his father, Peter Lamborn; father-in-law, Clarence Meyer; and niece, Larissa St. John. Mark was born in Saskatoon and grew up on the farm in Rosetown. At a young age, he became a welder and was a journeyman for over thirty years. Mark and Sandi were married on October 1, 1983 and made their home in Saskatoon. He was very active in his kids’ hockey and baseball, and all the committees involved. He loved tinkering on his small engine rec toys. He worked hard and his happiest times were spent with his family and friends. They enjoyed travelling to seek new adventures. He also enjoyed hosting numerous exchange students over the years. His new grandson Seth gave him great joy through his fight with cancer. The Vigil for Mark will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, October 23rd and the Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 24th. Both services will be held at St. Philip Neri Roman Catholic Church (1902 Munroe Ave South). In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Tire Jumpstart Program (2180 Yonge Street, P.O.
