Hugh, Sherry, Cindy, I’m sorry to hear about the passing of your Mom…I have very fond memories of my Auntie Marie, Uncle Roland, Grandma and Grandpa and of course my cousins during our visits to MacNutt while growing up.

Hugh, Sherri, Cindy and Families,Our Sympathy and Condolances to all of You. Marie was a dear friend. She always had a smile on her face. We met at Market Mall many times for coffee. When Marie didn't drive any more we picked her up so she could still attend the ""important"" times together. I hope you don't think this inappropriate. When we heard Marie was in St. Paul's this last time, I called her. She said ""hello"". I responded, and asked her, ""And what did you do to land up in the hospital again. She asked ""Who is this?"" I replied, ""Carol"". Without even a breath she said, ""I'm having a baby.""  We both burst out laughing. A lovely lady. We will miss her.

Hugh, Sherry, Cindy and families.We were so sorry to learn of Marie’s passing but also understand what a difficult struggle she had been living through in this last year. Each Sunday morning at Holy Cross I would greet her, “Hello Mrs. Wagner” and she would reply, “Hello Mr. Wagner!” Besides having a family tie that goes back almost 200 years to Josef Wagner and two of his children, Margaretha Popp, and Franz Wagner, we also had a Mac Nutt connection. Not many can say that.  I was also sometimes known as the other Marie Wagner. Although we will surely miss her, we carry with us many fond memories of her and your father, too. Cindy, Sherry, Hugh and families.I am sorry to hear of your Mom's passing. She was such a happy, positive person along with your dad a perfect couple. We knew them both for many years through Dropmore and MacNutt curling, dances , social events ,( yes a few house parties) as well as our ""go to"" place for cars. Your Mom was such a good caregiver to your dad too. I will miss our phone chats at which she was so good. I think it was about February when we talked last.My thoughts and prayers are with all.
