Lenora is survived by Sheila (Otto) Boettcher, Gordon (Shirley) Smith, Betty (Gerry) Galloway, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Lenora is predeceased by her mother Joan Stevenson, husband Murray Smith, brothers Stewart Springthorpe and Doug Small, children Donna, Donald, Terry, Roy and Gloria, grandchildren Kip, Kevin, David and Chris.
Lenora worked many years in Brunskill and Westmount Drug stores and also owned Lac La Peche Resort for a number of years. Lenora loved her family, playing cards, computer games, Bingo and keeping busy.
She was known to always speak her mind but in a kind and caring way. She was always someone you could lean on and would help see sensibility in any situation. She kept her opinions to herself when it mattered but let you know what she thought when the time was right as well.
After retirement she spent time at Wakaw Lake as well as Prince Albert and eventually moved into the Ilarion Senior Residence housing in Saskatoon. She spent her last 16 months at Sunnyside Nursing home joking and teasing her caregivers, playing Bingo and Yahtzee with her roommate Vera.
Family will gather for burial of ashes in spring/summer.
Arrangements entrusted to Travis Minor.
