Jim was born in Rose Valley, Sask. on May 21, 1951 and passed away peacefully, on January 2, 2021, at the age of 69. Jim will always be remembered as a kind hearted individual who was an incredible father, grandfather and friend. Jim was very hard working and spent most of his time managing several restaurants and lounges, making many life-long friends along the way. Jim was deeply loved and will be incredibly missed by his son Robin Tallon (Belinda); daughter Maralee McSherry (Donavon); grandchildren Mercedes, Brooklyn, Logan and Elisa; nephew Rick Scheller (Chrissy) and their children Samantha (Corey), Brandy (Tyson) and Maxine (Cody); as well as his best friend Joleen Mallory and her children Axel and Ebony. A Celebration of Jim's Life will be held at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to Variety - The Children's Charity.
