Jim Hattie born October 3, 1937 in Vancouver, BC, passed away October 6, 2014 in Burnaby General Hospital Palliative Care Unit. He was predeceased by his parents, Russell and Florence Hattie; nephews, Dylan Nahorniak and Blair Hattie. He is survived by his brothers; Al (Lois) and Richard Hattie; nieces, Colleen (Gino) Hattie-Nahorniak; Corinne (Tim) Bernes, their children, Jasmine and Colton; Beth, Baius, Camelo; Rochelle, Brooklyn, Kashton; Teralyn (Daniel); Linda (Rod) Karlenzig; their children Broderick and Bryce; nephew, Brent (Debbie) Hattie, their children Jason, Kevin, Lisa; cousins in BC; and friends in Saskatchewan. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in Saskatoon, SK on October 30, 2014 at 7:00 P.M. at Acadia-McKague’s Funeral Centre (915 Acadia Dr). In lieu of flowers, donations to the B.C Lung Association would be appreciated.
