Harvey "Harv" John Harder

1953 - 2021

With broken hearts we share the passing of our beloved Harvey.

Harvey was someone who loved deeply. He loved Pat, his wife of 45 years and his son, Brian, who brought so much pride and joy to his life.

Harv loved Pat's family who loved him equally in return. Harv’s sisters, Ang and Karen, were special people in his life.

His extended family of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews brought great happiness and love. His job and work family at Weldfab meant so much to him.

Memories and love were shared with his lake family amd many friends who were a part of Harv’s life.

Harv loved Oscar, a faithful friend and companion.

In honour of Harv’s wishes there will be no funeral. He wanted people to share a special time with loved ones.

We respectfully request no flowers and any donations can be made to a charity that is dear to you.

It’s in how tender he touches.

The strength of a man isn’t in the hair on his chest,

It’s in his heart…which lies within his chest.

The strength of a man isn’t in how many women he’s loved,

It’s in how he can be true to one woman.

The strength of a man isn’t in the weight he can lift,

It’s in the burdens he carries.
