He loved country music, especially Kenny Roger’s and the first edition, where his and Patricia’s first date took place. Which led to a life full of love and two beautiful children. He loved playing crib, dice, fishing, as well as watching the Saskatchewan Rough Riders.
Loved going up to the cabin and lake at Echo Bay with his brother Bill. They would often go to the Fox and Hound for Happy Hour, those 2 had a very close bond.
Barry was very proud of his family, especially his children Jennifer and Dustin who went on to live a wonderful life and create families of their own. He loved spending time with his grandchildren. He had fun and loved to laugh. Hearing and telling jokes, storytelling was something he thoroughly enjoyed. If there was a party going on, he was there. Barry had a special bond with all his family and friends who he loved very much. He was the kind of person, that if you were his friend you were a friend for life. We had many wonderful moments and a lifetime of memories. You will truly be missed. We love you. In our hearts forever.
