Stephen J Carter, Sr., 60, formerly of Philadelphia, PA, passed away December 28, 2013 after a courageous battle with cancer.
Stephen was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather.
He was a fanatic for this Philadelphia sports teams and a huge fan of the blues.
He is survived by his wife Phyllis; four children, Michelle, Stephen Jr., Kelsey, and Matthew; four grandchildren, Devlin, Olivia, Imanni, and Kohle; mother, Marion; three brothers; his sister; several nieces and nephews; sisters and brothers-in-law, and extended family.
Services will be held on Saturday January 4th at Suncoast Community Church at 2pm.
