Sherri was a graduate of Sarasota High School, class of 1961 and Manatee Junior College.
A busy wife and mother, she was an active volunteer at Southside Elementary, Historic Spanish Point and Mote Marine.
Sherri was a member of the J-C Ettes and Junior League, was a Charter Member of the Pines of Sarasota Foundation Board of Trustees, and was Past Chairman of the Pines of Sarasota Foundation.
She loved being in and around the water enjoying fishing, scuba diving and boating, as well as snow skiing.
Sherri is survived by her husband, Jerry Ludwig; her children, Tres (Shelly) Ludwig and Robert Ludwig; and grandchildren, Spencer and Aubrie Ludwig.
