Robert L. Whalen, 72, Sarasota, formerly of West Haven, CT. died November 12, 2010.
A Memorial Mass will be held at noon on Wednesday at Church of Incarnation under the direction of Palms-Robarts Funeral Home.
Survivors include his wife, Patricia; two daughters, Cynthia Perkins (Steven) of Westport CT.and Kim Riccitelli (Michael) of Guilford, CT.; brother, John F. of West Haven, CT.; two grandchildren, Basha and Ari Perkins. He was preceded in death by his
sister Joan Seaman.
Robert was a member of the Elks Lodge #159, The Knights of Columbus #3358 and a Past President of Incarnation Men's Club.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations to the Incarnation Catholic School, 2901 Bee Ridge Road, Sarasota, FL. 34239.
