Philip graduated from Riverview High School in 1970. He served in the U.S. Navy as a nuclear power specialist from 1971 to 1979. Philip was also a certified electrician by trade.
He loved biking, bowling, kayaking, fishing, camping and genealogy.
Philip was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Marjorie Stambaugh.
He is survived by his daughters, Michelle Stuart (Todd) and Teresa Usher (Brian); brother, Charles Stambaugh; sisters, Wendy Finehout, Becky Phillips (John) and Amy Klein (Kevin); grandchildren, Jordan Downing (Patrick), Kelsey Stuart, Carson Stuart, Paisley Stuart, Caleb Usher, Abigail Usher, Cody Usher and Alana Usher.
Private services for Philip will be held on a later date.
