Patrick Francis McInerney, 95, was born, Sept. 4, 1926, in the Bronx, New York City, New York, to the late Frank McInerney and Katherine Hurst McInerney. He was married to his late wife Doris Arnfield McInerney for 64 years. He is survived by son Kevin, daughter-in-law Lori, daughter Mary Smith, daughter Karen Nieman, son-in-law Terrence, seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
A graduate of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, he served as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Navy.
