She was born on August 15, 1966 in Evansville, Indiana to Sharon Lee Myars and the late Michael Keith Bruce.
Jamie was a 1984 graduate of Tecumseh High School and had been an IT Tech for many businesses over the years.
She loved the beach, collecting shells, milk jugs, animals and reading. She was adventurous, caring, feisty, intelligent and charismatic.
Jamie is survived by her parents, Sharon Lee and Lennis Ray Myars; her children, Randy Hudgins (Sarah), Chelsea B. Hudgins (Tyler Atwell), Mackenzie Cobb and Katie Cobb; grandchildren, Halston P. Atwell and River J. Atwell; siblings, Carrie L. Smith (Mark), Hallie S. Myars, Brad Myars and Chad Myars; and nieces and nephew, Meagan L. Matlock, Madison T. Matlock and John Michael Matlock.
A visitation for Jamie will be held Friday, November 10, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Robert Toale and Sons Funeral Home at Palms Memorial Park, 170 Honore Ave, Sarasota, FL 34232, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM.
With Jamie's love of animals, memorial donations may be made to an animal charity of donor's choice in her memory.
