Isabelle Cerillo

Born Isabelle Barbarita on June 5, 1930 in Bronx, NY, she graduated from Roosevelt High School and met her husband of 70 years, William (Bob) Cerillo in the summer of 1948 while vacationing in his hometown of Pine Bush, NY. They married on December 3, 1950. Isabelle began working as a secretary for a small insurance company, and then worked as an executive secretary in New York City for aerospace company, Martin Marietta. She retired at the age of 52 and moved to Milford, PA.

In 1990, she moved with her husband to Palm Aire in Sarasota to join their daughter, son-in-law, and two grandsons. She is best remembered as a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who was always considerate and kind to people and who cared deeply for her family.

Isabelle is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Frank Calderone of Lakewood Ranch; grandson and wife, Kurt and Katelyn Calderone of Lakewood Ranch; grandson, Eric Calderone; and great-granddaughters, Aria & Capri Calderone.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude's Hospitals for Children.

Isabelle will be missed by all the lives she touched.
