Frank V. Cusimano, 72, of Sarasota, formerly of Brooklyn, NY and Old Bridge, NJ, passed away on February 14, 2019. He was born on June 6, 1946 in Brooklyn, NY, to the late Grace and Salvatore Cusimano.
Frank graduated from St. Francis College in 1967, and was a Private in the US Army. He was a devoted family man, who loved horse racing and was quite a fan of baseball. He coached little league, played as a 3rd baseman, and was a fan of the NY Giants.
Frank is survived by his loving wife, Melissa; his children, Francis V. Cusimano Jr., and Kathryn (Robert) Gallo; his grandchildren, Gianna Gallo, Ashley Gallo, and Kayla Gallo; his sister, Monica Falco; and his dog, a Maltese named Bocche Cusimano.
Visitation for Frank will take place Tuesday, February 19, 2019 from 12-3pm, with a service beginning at 3pm at Robert Toale and Sons Funeral Home at Palms Memorial Park; 170 Honore Ave. Sarasota, FL 34232.
