Frances Eileen Day 94, of Sarasota passed away peacefully on October 21, 2021. She was born on March 16, 1927 in Springfield, Ohio to the late Lucille and John Mitchell Clark.
Frances graduated from the O.S.S.O High School in Xenia, Ohio and the Community Hospital School of Nursing in 1948 in Springfield, Ohio. She was a Licensed Ohio Registered Nurse for 30 years.
Frances enjoyed sewing, crafts, reading, and computers.
She was married to John R. Day from 1959 until his passing in 2016. Her first husband, John Ross Shaul, passed away in 1956. Her only child, John Robert Shaul (Bonnie), resides in Florida. Her grandchildren include Rachelle Kniess, Jennifer Shaul, and Tell Ross Shaul (deceased). She has several great grandchildren. Her only sibling, Dorothy Saunders, is deceased.
