David was born on July 30, 1956 to Walter & Donna Micallef. He graduated from University of Toledo in 1980, which began a 40 year career as a pharmacist. He enjoyed cruising, fishing, reading, watching movies, and spending time with family & friends.
David is preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Donna. He is survived by his wife, Madelyn; children, Alan, and Eric (Amberose); grandchildren, Ezechiel, Malachi, Zinnia, and Benedict; and siblings, Timothy Micallef, Joseph Micallef, Mary Beth Mundt, and Maureen Clearwater.

A visitation for David will be held Friday, February 23, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Robert Toale and Sons Funeral Home at Palms Memorial Park, 170 Honore Ave, Sarasota, FL 34232. A funeral mass will occur Saturday, February 24, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Mount Carmel, 425 S Tamiami Trail, Osprey, FL 34229. A committal service will occur Saturday, February 24, 2024 at 12:00 PM at Palms Memorial Park, 170 Honore Ave, Sarasota, FL 34232.
