On July 3, 2024, Craig succumbed to a nearly lifelong battle with Crohn's Disease.
Craig loved life. He was an AVID golfer and loved to travel. Alaska was his favorite place to visit. Craig worked at the Home Depot in Sarasota at Bee Ridge and Cattleman Roads. He was excited about the friends he made there and his career path with the company.
His grandfather, Mark Stanfield precedes Craig in death; as well as his cousins, Michael Edwards and Derek Cameron.
Craig is survived by his parents, Ron and Jana Edwards; brother, Anthony (Ashley); uncle, Thomas Edwards; aunt, Suzanne Jeter; nephew, Ethan Edwards; grandparents, Madelyn Lane, Rodger Edwards, Lana and Richy DeFeo, and Melva Stanfield; and niece, Madelyn Edwards.
Craig will surely be missed, as he left us far too early.
Craig’s wish was for his ashes to be scattered in Alaska, and at some of his favorite golf courses.
