Cheri Fuller-Hamel

She was born in Atlanta, GA and graduated from Tallulah Falls (GA) High School at the top of her class in 1973.

She retired from Sales and Marketing for AT&T.

Cheri is survived by her loving husband, John Hamel; her mother, Barbara Kobres Hill; her father, Robert Stanley Ivings, Sr; her son, Christopher Mark (Bethany Creel) Fuller; granddaughter, Kathleen Elizabeth Fuller; sister, Candi Hill McGee; brother, Richard Kay Hill, Jr.

and sister-in-law, Dawn Albright Hill.

She was preceded in death by her step-father, Richard Kay Hill, Sr., and brother, Robert Stanley Ivings, Jr.

Visitation will be held Wednesday evening from 6:00pm to 9:00pm at Palms-Robarts Funeral Home, 170 Honore Ave., Sarasota.

A Celebration of Cheri's life will be held Thursday, 10:00am at Bayside Community Church, 15880 SR 64E, Bradenton, 34212.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Cheri's name to Bayside Community Church's Immeasurably More Building Fund.

Cheri designed and hand-crafted teddy bears, and friends are invited to bring teddy bears to the church or funeral home to be donated to the children in the cancer wing at All Children's Hospital, in Cheri's name.
