Vivian Merchant Jones – A native and resident of Mobile, AL passed away Tuesday, June 28, 2011 at home. She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star Carrie Woodson Lodge #569 where she served as past Worthy Matron. Survivors include her husband of 64 years, Jack Jones; four children, Bobby (Ileana) Jones, Michael (Donna) Jones, Chuck (Terri) Jones and Lisa (Reggie) Saucier; one brother, James C. Merchant; one sister, Janice M. Overstreet; eleven grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; special caretaker and friend, Frances Spann. Funeral services will be held Friday, July 1, 2011, at 1:00 p.m. from Kushla-Bethany Baptist Church. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Radney Funeral Home in Saraland Thursday from 5-8 p.m.
