Thelma Louise Ward – born May 14, 1925, a native of Brooksville, MS and a resident of Creola, AL passed away on Thursday, May 16, 2013 at the age of 88. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, and “mamaw” and she always put the needs of others before her own. A member of the Central Church of Christ in Saraland, AL, she was a woman of strong faith, believing in the power and strength of Jesus Christ and the beauty and peace that would await her after her passing. Funeral services will be Tuesday, May 21, 2013, at 2 p.m. from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home in Saraland. Visitation will begin at 12 p.m. prior to services. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
