Ruby Claire Sanford Jackson

Mrs. Jackson was a homemaker. She was a member of the 1st Baptist Church in Satsuma, where she taught Sunday School for over 50 years and The Order of Eastern Star Chapter #515, Satsuma, Alabama.

Mrs. Jackson was preceded in death by her parents, Rufus J. Sanford, Sr. and Ethel Lou Miller Sanford, Sr.; a brother, Rufus J. “RJ” Sanford, Jr. and a sister Margaret Owens.

Surviving are her loving and devoted husband of 63 years, Billy I. Jackson, Sr; three children, Cynthia Graham, Denise Burnette and Billy (Rachel) Jackson, Jr; 7 grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.

Serving as Pallbearers are Lee Graham, Danny Burnette, Jay Graham, Michael Burnette, Marcus Jackson and Heath Fuller.

Visitation will be held on Monday, December 11, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Radney Funeral Home, Mobile, Alabama.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, December 12, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home with Rev. Steve Norman and Rev. Roy Hill officiating.

Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Satsuma, Alabama
