Roy Fail Johnson

Mr. Roy Fail Johnson, age 86, longtime resident of Semmes, AL, passed away at his home on Thursday, September 21, 2017. He is preceded in death by his wife, Marie Johnson, parents, Christopher and Lettie Palmer Johnson and brother, Robert Earl Johnson. Mr. Johnson served his country honorably in the United States Army. He retired after over 40 years at International Paper Company. He attended Lott Road Church of God. He enjoyed collecting antique trucks and drag racing. Mr. Johnson is survived by his daughters, Leisa Coxwell (George) and Wendy Driggers (Steve). He is also survived by two brothers, Harold Gray Johnson (Kathy), Tommy Johnson (Net), and three grandchildren, Shonda Pace, Travis Driggers and Blayne Driggers. Visitation will be held at Radney Funeral Home, Saraland, AL on Monday, September 25, 2017 from 12:00 until 2:00 p.m. Chapel services will be held in the funeral home chapel beginning at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery with military honors.
