Rita A. Bennett - A native of Mobile Co. and a resident of Semmes, AL died Monday, April 18, 2011 in a local hospital.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Arvell Bennett, Sr.; mother, Bertha Sullivan; brother, Jerry Lee Sullivan; and sister, Karen Sullivan.Survivors include three children, Sierra B. (Jacob) Riley, John Arvell Bennett, Jr. and Karen Nicole Bennett; father, Underwood Sullivan; brother, Thomas E. Sullivan; mother-in-law, Frances K. Bennett; many nieces, nephews and other relatives. Funeral services will be held Friday, April 22, 2011, at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home in Saraland. Visitation will be Thursday from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
