Maggie Faye Noble, age 80, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, September 7, 2022. Maggie was born Saturday, November 15, 1941 in Crandall, Mississippi. Known to many as Ms. Maggie and to others as Ms. Faye, she will be remembered mostly for her incredible kindness and generosity towards others, always thinking and doing for others before herself. Her greatest joy was cooking for her family, the greatest cook ever known, she labored long and hard to deliver every meal to exact perfection. Maggie loved the color blue, flowers, hummingbirds, Elvis Presley and John Wayne. Anyone who knew her could expect to see and hear her "Westerns" playing loudly on the TV when coming by to visit. She was a kind, gentle, and generous soul that will be sorely missed. A long time resident of Saraland and Satsuma, Alabama, many will remember her greeting them at Walmart of Saraland where she was employed for nearly thirty years.
Maggie was preceded in death by her husband Prinnes E. Noble; her mother, Donnie Mae Watford; her father, Charley Tew; two brothers: Frank Tew and James "Jimmy" Tew.
Left to share Maggie's beautiful memories will be her loving son, Johnny Harbin, Jr.; two daughters: Debra Faye Harbin and DeAnn Harbin; two grandchildren: Jillian Harbin (Matt Tindall), Michael Harbin (Yara Dobrescu-Harbin); three great-grandchildren: Maddalyn Krupke, Isabella Krupke, Ariel Dobrescu-Harbin; a sister-in-law, Brenda Tew; along with many nieces, nephews, extended family and numerous wonderful friends.
A visitation for Maggie will be held Monday, September 12, 2022 from 9:00 AM until time of service at 10:00 AM at Radney Funeral Home, 1200 Industrial Pkwy, Saraland, Alabama 36571 with Pastor Steven R. Perry of Calvary Temple officiating.
Interment will immediately follow on the grounds of Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, 10000 Celeste Road, Saraland, Alabama 36571.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to Ashland Place Health and Rehabilitation and Comfort Care Hospice, both providing excellent care to Maggie during her time of need. A special thanks to Julie Davis of Comfort Care Hospice, Maggie's long time personal care nurse who treated her as one of her own. We are forever grateful.
Honoring Maggie as pallbearers will be Chuck Harben, Christian Harben, Alex Presnall, Matt Tindall, Jon Greer, and Mark Barlowe.
