Judith Carolyn Cole Couch – a 76 year-old native of Prichard, Alabama and resident of Saraland passed away at her home on Tuesday, June 20, 2023. She was the loving daughter of the late Ira and Ruby Cole. Ms. Couch was a 1966 graduate of Vigor High School and retired from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers after 38 years of service. A determined and strong-willed single mother, Ms. Couch worked hard for many years to raise and provide for her son Alan.
In addition to her parents, Ms. Couch was preceded in death by her brother, Kenneth Cole. She is survived by her loving son, Alan Couch; step-daughter, Nikki Couch Brownell; granddaughter, Kelly Ray; great-granddaughter, Ella Ray; brother, Carl Cole (Carolyn); other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home in Saraland on Saturday, June 24, 2023, at 11 a.m. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, June 23, from 6-8 p.m. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
