Israel G Perez

He retired from the Air Force after 21 years and the US Postal Office after 35 years. He enjoyed working on anything revolving outdoors. Ray had a generous heart and was always willing to lend a helping hand. Ray enjoyed his travels back home to Texas to visit his close family. He was also a lifelong member of the VFW Post 7320 of Saraland AL.

He is preceded in death by his loving wife Margie Perez, and his father and mother Pedro and Trinidad Perez. He is survived by his son James Perez and daughter April Perez Stringer; his two brothers: Ignacio (Natcho) Perez and Herman Perez; and his two sisters: Mary Martinez and Ester Perez; and his many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and adopted grandchildren, plus all of his loving family in Raymondville, Texas.

A visitation will be held Tuesday, June 4th from 11:00 am - to 1:00 pm at Radney Funeral Home, 1200 Industrial Pkwy, Saraland AL 36571. A funeral service will follow the visitation at 2:00 pm at Veterans Memorial Cemetery 34904 AL 225 Spanish Fort, AL 36577. A gathering will follow at the VFW Post 7320 in Saraland AL.
