Charles Albert Wiseman

Charles Albert Wiseman – a native of Sylvia, NC and longtime resident of Saraland passed away Wednesday, June 10, 2015. He retired from the United States Navy as a Petty Officer First Class after 20 years of service. However, his life centered around his family who will remember him as a very kind, loving and thoughtful husband and father.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Edna Bryson Wiseman, and sisters, Nellie Rice and Annie Sue Wiseman. Mr. Wiseman is survived by his beloved wife of 54 years, Betty Pressley Wiseman, and daughter, Julie Wiseman, for whom he “is the only man they’ve truly loved.” He is also survived by his sister, Linda Wiseman Price and her husband Homer Price, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home in Saraland on Saturday, June 13, 2015, at 10 a.m. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, June 12, from 5-8 p.m. Interment will be at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
