Brenda Kay Johnson, 72, entered into rest Wednesday, July 28, 2015, at a local hospital. Funeral services will be Friday, July 31, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. at Radney Funeral Home, Saraland. Rev. Al Moore will officiate.
Mrs. Johnson was preceded in death by her parents, William Lavert and Junia Mae McElhaney McKee, Sr., four sisters, Martha Grinstead, Louwenia Leach, Doris Arnold, and Janice Sands, and a brother, William Lavert “Sonny” McKee, Jr.
She is survived by her companion, James McCollough of Saraland, two sons, Johl (Kristie) Johnson and Jason (Amy) Johnson all of Spring, TX, four grandchildren, Stephan Johl Johnson, Jr., Avery Johnson, Olivia Johnson, and Maddie Johnson, two sisters, Lisa (Steve) Smith of Plains, GA and Peggy (Johnny) Heim of Arlington, TX, a sister-in-law, Kay McKee of Mobile, and her best friend, Linda (Wayne) McCollough of Spanish Fort.
