Anna Louise Jones

Anna Louise Jones, 86, of Saraland, Al passed away peacefully in her home Friday, August 13th 2021 surrounded by loved ones. Louise was born on April 8th, 1935 in Mobile, Al to Percy and Gladys Higgins. Louise enjoyed life to the fullest. She once owned her own nursery, JJ's Flowers and Gifts, where she sold plants and dry arrangements. She was an excellent cook and made Award Winning Blue Ribbon candies. She enjoyed Traveling, Arts and Crafts, Bingo and going to the Casino.

Louise is preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Jesse "Jack" Jones; daughter Sherri Russell; siblings Paul Higgins, Betty Swinney, Gladys Brooks and Marguerite Woodcock. She is survived by her daughter Jackie Jones' Trammell and son Norman David Taylor; 5 Grandchildren; 10 Great-grandchildren and other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home on Tuesday, August 17th, 2021 at 2pm. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12 noon until the service hour.
