Almeda Davis Lovelace

Almeda Davis Lovelace – wonderful mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, a 97 year-old native of Birmingham, Alabama, raised in Maryville, Tennessee, and a resident of Saraland, Alabama joined her husband in Heaven on Friday, August 4, 2023. Mr. Lovelace was an avid gardener.

Mrs. Lovelace was preceded in death by her husband of 32 years, Clarence Russell Lovelace, and son, Darrell Wayne Lovelace. She is survived by three children, Diane Lovelace, Gary Russell Lovelace (Ann), and Sandra Gayle Lovelace; seven grandchildren, Lex Ballard, Dewayne Ballard (Jennifer), Chad Ballard, Dedra Lovelace Bunch (Jason), Curt Russell Lovelace (Felecia), Len Stewart, and Russell Lovelace; 14 great-grandchildren; 8 great, great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home in Saraland on Wednesday, August 9, 2023, at 11 a.m. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10 a.m. until the service hour.
