He married the love of his life. Gloria…”his honey” on January 11, 1965. They had three daughters: Gloria (died at childbirth), Debbie and Leslie. He settled his family in West Los Angeles and built a beautiful, loving life with his “girls”.
Alfonso was strong, loving, kind, honorable and loyal to all who ever met him. When he owned his restaurant in Culver City, El Indio, no one was ever refused a meal, simply because they couldn’t pay for it. Alfonso always fed and clothed those in need and had a special relationship with the Midnight Mission.
He is survived by his wife Gloria, daughters Debbie and Leslie, and granddaughters Alina, Ashley and Iris.
