Tom Gardin passed away on September 12, 2012 at the age of 48. Tom was born on December 25, 1963 as a Christmas gift to George and Henrietta Gardin. He grew up in San Jose, CA and attended Abraham Lincoln High School and San Jose State University. Tom worked for 25 years at the law firm Hoge Fenton Jones Appel providing IT management and support. Tom was active and athletic, a long distance cyclist and runner and a classical guitarist. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 15, 2012 at 3:00 pm at Lima Family Mortuary, 466 North Winchester Blvd, Santa Clara, CA. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the South Bay Guitar Society at www.sbgs.org and to the American Heart Association .
