Richard Dean Redding ,81 of Sunnyvale California entered into God’s kingdom on Saturday January 13th. Born in 1942 in Dos Palos and moved to Santa Clara/Sunnyvale as a young child.
Throughout his years Richard loved working on and driving classic cars and had a passion for the Old West. He also enjoyed spending time fishing and hunting in the Eastern Sierras. Was a dedicated employee as a quality control inspector for 37 Yrs at FMC.
He was a caring and loving husband and father survived by his wife of 58 years Jenny Ortiz Redding, his 2 sons, Brian Dean Redding, Tom Flores and daughter Christine Veitch, sister Joanne Biggs and 5 grandkids and 4 great grandkids.
A celebration of life for Richard will be held Saturday, January 27, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Lima Family Santa Clara Mortuary, 466 North Winchester Blvd, Santa Clara, CA 95050.
