Melissa "Melly" Horta-Moreno, age 29, of Santa Clara, California passed away on Thursday, September 26, 2024.
A visitation for Melly will be held Sunday, October 20, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM with Rosary beginning at 7:00 PM at Lima Family Santa Clara Mortuary, 466 North Winchester Blvd, Santa Clara, CA 95050.
A funeral mass will occur Monday, October 21, 2024 at 11:00 AM at St. Clare Parish, 725 Washington St, Santa Clara, CA 95050.
