Born July 25, 1918, Kansas City, Missouri. Passed January 20, 2021 at 102 1/2 years.
Preceded in death by husband Joseph P. Layman also of Kansas City, Missouri. Mother to Julie and Victoria, two grandchildren Dan and Phyllis, and three great grandchildren. Mother-in-law to Faye Miller and Jim Schiros. She retired from AT&T after 30+ years, Life Member of Pioneers Volunteer Network, and worked as a Rivit Girl during WWII for the aircraft industry.
