Loretta Mildred Burnett

Loretta Mildred Burnett passed away in Santa Clara with her older son at her side on February 26, 2018. Born to Micehlita and Lawrence Newberry in 1920, she met and married Harold Lyle Barrios , and they had two sons, Stan and Richard, and a daughter Susan Jean Horn. Many years later, she married Herbert Burnett.

A kind and loving woman, she helped many people in her life. One of her passions was music, and she played the violin and piano from childhood through her adult years. Another fun pastime was watching old movies. The last year of her life was at Valley House Nursing Home, and the family would like to extend thanks to the staff for the kind care and support their mom received during her time there.
