Hi Dad,

You always told me "life was short", and it's only in my senior years that I now realize how true what you told me is. Now Mom is with you and I miss you both more than I can bear. Please give her my love. I'll see you both soon.

My condolences and prayers are with the Lucero family during this time. I'll treasure my time and expereinces with Mr Lucero (Joe)as a young baseball player in the Berryessa little league. You have left me with many fond childhood memories; camping in Napa, our many conversations on random subjects, your laughter and fun loving easiness. I was always in awe of your many talents and will forever be grateful to have had you in life.  I wish you peace and love as your journey continues.

I wish I had more time with you. However, the time I did have was memorable. I can still see your big smile and vividly remember your scratchy kisses on my cheek. I know you're in a beautiful place and enjoying all the good company. Love you Uncle.

My brother Joey, you were a great part of my life as I grew up. You taught me how to dance and to deal with life. You were like a father to me. All our holidays were special because of you and for that we thank you. I will miss you forever.
