Ann Cefalu

It is with sad and heavy heart that we share the loss of our beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, aunt, and best friend. Ann passed away peacefully, in her home, surrounded by her loving family.

Ann spent her childhood in the small town of Vicco, KY, and then continued her education in Milwaukee, WI, where she met the love of her life, Joe. She and Joe were married in 1936 and moved to Santa Clara in 1949. They shared 70 years of a beautiful life together, until Joe passed away in 2009.

Ann was the epitome of perfection in everything she did. A beautiful and compassionate lady, who placed home and family above all else. She will be sadly missed and long remembered by all who knew her. She is survived by her devoted children, Annette (Toni) Peterson (Don) of Park City, UT and William (Bill) Cefalu (Mary) of Santa Clara, four loving grandchildren, Nikki Sloan (Jeff) Bill Cefalu Jr. (Dolores), Edward Cefalu (Cathy), Michael Fabri (Jill), and six great-grandchildren. Ann leaves behind a host of people who loved her dearly; she will be missed greatly and forever. Services and burial were held privately.
