We were so fortunate to blessed by her presence in our lives. A dear beautiful person. So full of light, grace and joy. I’m so thankful  for the ways that she touched my life. Rest well Ramona  rest in peace.

We went to see the flower fields in Carlsbad and then to lunch. This was April 2021.

Romana was just a beautiful soul . We miss our niece with that had the most beautiful heart . Uncle Marty can’t talk about her passing and her Aunt Louise is in constant prayer for Mona’s siblings . Our Nieces Sylvia , Theresa , Tony, kim & Diane . My heart still is heartbroken with her passing .  Your family Miss You Mona . I know you’re with my sister your Mom Nancy and my Brother Uncle Willie . Pray for all of us ! You were a gift of God Mia ! ❤️❤️❤️

This was taken at Fiedlers house many years ago. She was always at any of our gatherings. Smiling, Laughing always welling to give a helping hand. She had a big heart and was loved by us. The boys and myself are sadden with her lose of life. Greatful that her final resting place will be near Janet and Stacie. Our hearts go out to her and her family.

Farewell remembrance to Ramona Marie Sierra Zavela. 
Ramona was a Godsend to her family. A loving, sweet, kind, generous, understanding person. When her mom passed, Ramona took after looking after her siblings. Doing this in a loving, caring way, helping them, each and every one of them, however she could. This was including nieces and nephews. 
She was a sweet, loving person. Never spoke bad or hateful of anyone. Never complained about anything, even about her health issues. 
Romona loved her children SO MUCH. Always talking about them. Sending photos of them. Evan, Lauren and granddaughter Luna. 
Ramona worked hard for her family. Doing as much as she could possibly do and was able to do. 
We lost Ramona in a sad tragedy on April 22, 2024 
The Lord has opened the gates to heaven to receive her. She is in paradise with our Lord, the Father. We all will miss her.

My heart aches for my family. Mona’s family.  And, all of my Sierra relatives. Especially, her children and, her siblings, Tony, Sylvia, Theresa, Kimberly and Diane and, their families. 
Mona and I grew up together, for many years. We had a special connection, born just 10 days apart and both christened “Ramona Marie” after her aunt, my grandmother, Ramona Sierra Medina, who passed away earlier the year we were born. 
We were in each other’s weddings and had our babies around the same time. 
Except for family funerals and weddings, we didn’t see each other much as we got older and had our own families. 
Mona was a beautiful young girl who grew up to be a beautiful woman, inside and out. 
I have many fond memories of her and will miss her on this earth but, I know where she is spending her eternity and that I will see her again. 
My deepest sympathy to everyone who knew and loved Mona  during her lifetime. May you all be blessed with wonderful loving memories of her, forever. May she rest in peace.

My beautiful cousin Mona came to visit us in 2021 in Spokane Washington. She spent a week with us and I had so much fun driving her  to Lake Coeur d’Alene Idaho for 2 days. We did so much walking and shopping and laughing. All she wanted to do was buy gifts for her family. 
We had a big family get together because we hadn’t seen her in so long since we moved to Spokane WA.

By the time it was time for her to go, she needed another suitcase because she had bought so many souvenirs for her family. We were laughing so hard because she couldn’t get her suitcase shut. It took her about four times of rearranging everything. Mona was always the kindest most thoughtful person I’ve known. Always sending cards in the mail
She thought of everybody before she thought of herself. 
She was a selfless, kind, caring and compassionate lady.
She never had a bad word to say about anyone. She never complained. She worked very hard to take care of her family and her responsibilities. She was a one-of-a kind true woman of God…
He took her because He needed her more than we did.

Sierra Family,  It is with deep regrets that Rosina and I will not be attending Mona’s services.  Please know that our prayers and thoughts will always include Mona and her entire family.
