Mercedes Bustos Chavez

Mercedes is survived by her children; Anna, Gustavo, Fernando, Patty, Veronica & Arturo Jr. She also leaves behind 29 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. Mercedes was greeted at Heaven's gate by her loving husband Arturo Chavez (2014), her son Martin Bustos Avalos (2020) and her mother Ana Maria Mejia (2010) who all preceded her in death.

A visitation for Mercedes will be held Monday, July 27, 2020 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Waverley Chapel of Fairhaven Memorial Park Mortuary, 1702 Fairhaven Avenue, Santa Ana, CA 92705. A funeral mass will occur Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at 1:00 PM at Fairhaven Memorial Park Mortuary, 1702 Fairhaven Avenue, Santa Ana, CA 92705 followed by a committal service at Santa Ana Cemetery, 1919 E. Santa Clara Ave., Santa Ana, CA 92705. Mercedes' family will also be having reception immediately after services at Fairhaven Memorial Park Mortuary's The Gallery, 1702 Fairhaven Avenue, Santa Ana, CA 92705.
