My Grandma Fitschen was my most favorite Grandparent. Words cannot embody the volumes of memories I have for her however I will try.  How do you measure a life? In terms of years? Successes? Money? Degrees? I believe the best measure is love. Grandma had an immeasurable well of love to give.  Not only the love she gave out, but the love that was received by her family, friends, and neighbors. I always saw people so happy to see her, bringing her food, and goodwill every time I visited. She loved all of us Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. She was always there and made us feel like the most special person on the Earth.  
I am deeply heartbroken by the loss of Grandma Fitschen but I know that the love she has given me, my family, and her friends and neighbors will continue on in how we all treat each other by the kindness and love she has given in her lifetime.  I love  you Grandma. I will miss you. And I will always remember your love.
