So very saddened to just find out today, while searching for his phone number, about the death of one of my absolute favorite and inspirational friends during the time my husband Dennis and I resided in Santa Ana.  We moved from there to Santa Maria back in 2016, so of course we lost track of many of our dear friends/acquaintances down south.   He was one of the funniest individuals I personally have ever known and he just bubbled with enthusiasm.   John was instrumental in assisting us with our path in TNI and Morinda, and we will always remember that fact.   May God continue to bless the entire family with all of the past wonderful memories you had with John.   So pleased that Dennis and I were able to know him.

In Honor of John Bentley’s Graduation

Today God kept His promise to Johnny B.,
As He called him to “Come Home”.
His plans for John’s life are now complete,
His rewards are at God’s throne.
But we who remain,
Feel the loss and the pain.
Oh it hurts when a loved one goes away!
We weep for ourselves,
But not for Dear John.
For he’s with his Sweet Jesus today.
And when it’s all quiet,
You’ll feel the warm peace,
Of  “The Comforter”  He’s sent for you.
Together you’ll ponder the memory files,
And treasure them thru and thru.
We know that this Earth,
Is not our true home.
One day we will surely depart.
And join the great Family Reunion above,
When He calls out our name,
From the heart.

“Johnny B” was a “Super-B-Duper” friend and mentor, and I learned only yesterday of his heartbreaking passing. I will surely miss his energy, enthusiasm, passion for his family (past & present), love of toys (especially those trains!), and of course, his devotion to Noni Juice. 
I will always be greatful that our paths of life have crossed -
And his thumbprint will always remain in my heart.
