Long time Orange, CA resident, Harvey H. Hopkins, passed away at home on October 13, 2022.
Born Aug 17, 1929 in Tabor, Iowa to Carl and Marjorie Hopkins, Harvey is survived by his wife, Darlene, who he met on a blind date. They married and spent 68 wonderful years together. He was predeceased by his brother Donald Hopkins and his sister, Ruth Brewster. Harvey was close to his many nieces and nephews who will miss him dearly.
Harvey served in the Army before starting a long career as a civil engineer for the State of California. He loved bowling, traveling, fishing, everything Disney and was a loyal Angels baseball fan.
At his request there will not be a service but there will be a visitation on October 22nd 3:30-4:00pm at Fairhaven Memorial Park, 1702 Fairhaven Ave., Santa Ana, CA 92705.
